Fostering empathetic relationships and personal development in a therapeutic environment
My Practice
Often in life we are seeking space to step away from distractions and to surround ourselves with a caring herd; both two-legged and four-legged. The barn, as well as the therapy office, is a sanctuary where we can work together, building self-esteem, trust, connection, and growth. I offer both office-based individual counseling as well as equine-assisted psychotherapy, depending on each individual's needs and preferences.

I specialize in both Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as a way to gain valuable insight into ourselves and our relationships with others. Mindfulness skills, journaling, values exercises, and sand tray skills are integrated throughout all sessions.
