My Approach

If you are seeking clarity and understanding into how your experiences have influenced your quality of living, I would greatly enjoy meeting with you! With over 8 years of experience, I enjoy working from an empowered approach into our past; addressing past traumas and grief as a way to move forward and live 'in the moment' with a sense of understanding. With my background in community mental health and non-profit organizations, I work to find how we each contribute to and are influenced by our community. Mind-body health and awareness are stressed throughout our work together for optimal healing and vitality.

My training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychotherapy incorporating Equines, and EMDR therapy is oriented towards those who are seeking insight into themselves through a positive perspective as we work towards making tangible goals for improvement in career, relationships, self-acceptance, and general well-being. Often I find this approach most help for those who currently feel 'stuck'.
